CPS is dedicated to being the best HVAC contractor in the Metrowest area by providing exceptional service and installation for quality conscious customers.  The maintenance covered by a service agreement will be scheduled during CPS Corporation’s normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with the exception of holidays.

 

A maintenance agreement from CPS Corporation includes all of the benefits listed below.

Ø     24-hour emergency service*, gives you peace of mind knowing we are there when you need us

Ø     Automatic reminders, we contact you when it is time for inspections  (Spring and/or Fall)

Ø     Complete 23-point inspection, routine maintenance prolongs the life of the equipment and can reduce energy costs.

Ø     Replace/Clean filters (High quality 1” pleated filters)

Ø     Lubricating, adjusting, safety testing of specified equipment including your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Ø     Receive 50% off of our normal diagnostic fee* and receive 15% off all repairs when they are made on specified equipment

Ø     Receive your discounted rate for repairs even on after hours calls

Ø     All maintenance will be performed by friendly, knowledgeable technicians

Preventative maintenance is required by most manufacturers to maintain the warranty on your equipment.  This is not a guarantee that your system will operate without any future repairs.  Any required repairs beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed separately.  Payment will be due upon receipt of repair invoice.

Agreement

An agreement will not become effective until it is paid in full and will continue in effect until the spring or fall of the following year, unless cancelled by either party with a 30 days notice. This agreement will automatically renew by payment of invoice each year.  Please call the office for a quote based on your particular needs.
