We had 2 new systems installed recently. I cannot begin to tell you what a joy it was to work with Ron, and also with Joe who did the installation. If these 2 men are the type of employees that you hire then I have to say that you must have a winning company. Ron was so easy to work with. Ron answered all thousand and one questions that we had for him. He made us feel that we were the most important thing in the world. He not only made the sale, but he was always checking up to make sure things went well and to see if we had any questions or concerns. You do not see that with other companies. Joe who I hope that I have his name right was always a true gentleman, he always was very friendly and such a hard worker. If he had not told us that he was here, we would have never known, he was a quiet worker and a neat worker, he never left a mess around like the other workers we had here. These two men are a great asset to CPS Corporation.

Now that I have had the system for the winter and a little of the summer all I can say is,  "HOW DID I EVER LIVE WITHOUT THIS SYSTEM"? I have very bad allergies and I suffer all year round. The old forced hot air system was so old and did not work right and caused an so much dust that in the winter I had to shut off the heat in our bedroom and we slept at night with the window over our bed open at night. For the first time in many years, we have slept in the winter with our window over our bed closed, and heat going in our bedroom. I have less than half the headaches I had before. I haven't had one sinus infection since the new system was installed. I know that my insurance company is happy that I am not running up the bill with Doctors and prescriptions. And the kids love the central air and this makes our lives easier when they are happy. It makes sleeping in the summer a lot easier.

Once again thank you for everything and we could not be happier with our new system and with the company. If you ever need for a strong voice about the system feel free to have people call us. It is not often that you find a product that works and a company which is wonderful to work with and for this we say thank you.

About ten days ago, Steve came to my home, gave me an estimate, and worked with me to identify what thermostat I needed. Today, Mark and Ken installed two electronic thermostats and two SpaceGard air filters in my home. They also optimized the existing AprilAire 5500 Humidifier that was here in the house but had not been used.

I am very happy with CPS and the service I received from your company, and I wanted to let you know that your company is a class act in a number of respects.

1. CPS was quick to respond even though I said I already had a humidifier in the house. A number of other companies never bothered to call back once they heard we had a system in already. Steve showed up on time, was open and honest when talking about pricing and service, and was responsive to a request for a break on pricing based on the work to be done.

2. Steve took a look at the AprilAire we already had in the house but were not using (based on the bad advice of the inspector we used when buying our house 2 years ago), explained why it was OK to use it (versus the older models), walked me through the basics, and installed a clean filter (we had it here already).

3. Mark and Ken did a great job installing the t-stats and SpaceGards, left things nice and clean, were pleasant and professional, and went above and beyond the call to help me get the AprilAire set up for optimal performance.

When a company provides courteous, professional service, it deserves to be recognized…and so do the people who provided that service. My thanks to Steve, Mark and Ken for making my experience a pleasant and satisfying one. I'd be happy to recommend you to anyone who needs HVAC service.

             Thank you for the tremendous attention to detail on what I would consider one of the most difficult assignments any organization can take on: the installation of Central Air into my mother's house, AKA "Mrs. Clean". I had to trust that you would carry through with your promises as I live in Connecticut and my mother in Northborough and can't afford to leave work and drive 2 hours every time something went wrong. I made no extra trips and my mother is recommending your team to all of her neighbors. A high honor considering how negative her past experiences with people who have worked in her house have been. I second her comments and add the quality, dependability and follow-through were an absolute requirement and am pleased your team measured up.
