History

CPS Heating & Cooling is a well established and trusted name in the HVAC industry. We’ve been around since 1991 and excellent customer service has always been our standard. In fact, we view ourselves as a customer service company that just happens to do HVAC work.

CPS was originally founded by two longtime HVAC professionals, Paul Rivard and Jack Drummy in 1991. Charlene Allain and Phil Baldwin purchased CPS in January 2006. Importantly, Charlene and Phil are not new to the business. They both worked for CPS for over 10 years each in various management positions. When the opportunity came to buy CPS, they were already industry experts.

Through hard work and determination we continue to grow both our residential and commercial HVAC services. We are determined to be the best HVAC contractor in our area.
