CPS is one of the highest quality, most professional organizations that I have dealt with for home improvement. Beginning with the estimate, CPS sent both a sales person and an installation lead to my home to provide me with both sales and technical information to aid in my decision. They arrived at our agreed upon time and unlike many of the other vendors that came, CPS provided me with a quote within a few days (and included several options with differing price points for me to choose). Once I selected CPS, they gave me a date and duration for the install. The installation was excellent. Their technicians showed the utmost respect for our home (wearing shoe coverings and plastic gloves) and being meticulous in their clean-up. In addition, while several vendors refused to quote high efficiency systems stating they would be too costly, CPS pointed out that with rebates they could be very competitive.
