He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided a detailed explanation of what was wrong. After the visit, Alicia in the CPS office was a joy to speak with, and a fair quote was provided that day. CPS was quickly able to send Samuel back with Paul and CJ to make repairs and bring our system back up to working order using the proper techniques and materials. All three of these technicians were excellent and a pleasure to work with.
