I have seen the services of 4 different servicemen in these past years, and each one of them deserves a 10 rating. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and neat. Apparently, my heating system, of three years old, was put in by a builder and really did a botched job. CPS Heating and Cooling went above and beyond today to get our family heat for the holidays! We called at 8 am the Friday before the Christmas holiday weekend, a technician, Curtis, came out to diagnose the problem by 9:30 am, and we were told a part had to be ordered, most likely not coming in until Tuesday after Christmas. Having our 8 mos old grandson here and quite anxious about it taking even longer, we called the office again to see if there was a way to guarantee Tuesday. CPS made some calls, found the part we needed (gas valve) in another city, had the technician drive there to pick it up and come back to our house to install. By 4 pm, we had our heat working again. I cannot thank this amazing company enough. I would recommend to all without hesitation. Cost was also extremely reasonable. Fantastic company and employees. I would give 1000 stars if I could.
