CPS has been very responsive in general, and they make an effort to get things done in a timely manner. The one area which has been a little uneven is that different technicians have more or less experience, and sometimes they don’t communicate with us about their progress. It would be nice if there was more transparency in the invoice about parts cost vs. labor, but we think that overall their pricing is competitive. We recommend CPS without hesitation.
