We can’t thank Paul and CPS enough for repairing our furnace over the weekend. I called three local companies, and CPS was the only one that responded that day. This was huge since we did not have heat in the house and two young kids. Paul came over and found the problem. Unfortunately, he did not have the piece, only supplier warehouses did, and it was Sunday, so Paul promised to have it taken care of first thing on Monday. That morning, Paul called and said that CPS was actually closed for President’s Day, but he had already called the warehouse to secure the part because he promised he would fix it Monday. He drove to the warehouse himself and had our furnace fixed by late morning. We really can’t thank Paul enough, and CPS has gained a loyal HVAC customer!
