Justin was very professional
They do HVAC maintenance for us since over 10 years. Justin was very professional, diagnosed failed cooling capacity due to disconnected duct in attic. Suggested duct cleaning and replacing flexible duct with rigid ductwork. However, this is unlikely to significantly improve cooling efficiency and would not be cost-effective. Homeowner likes to keep system as is.
