Basic rebates: $250 per ton, up to $2,500.
Income-qualified incentives: Up to $16,000 for eligible air-source or air-to-water systems.

Standard rebates and income-qualified enhanced incentives are separate program tiers with different eligibility requirements. Whole-home and partial-home rebate amounts are scheduled to decrease on January 1, 2027.

Financing & Seasonal Electric Rates

Qualifying installations may be eligible for a 0% interest Mass Save HEAT Loan. A Seasonal Heat Pump Rate may also provide lower electric rates from November through April for eligible customers. We offer flexible financing options for new installations and can discuss them with available energy incentives during the estimate process.
